The sign-in sheet that earns the follow-up.

Name and email are table stakes — timeline and agent status are what make the list usable, and the consent line is what makes your follow-up welcome instead of awkward. Print as many copies as you need; no email wall.

How to get people to actually sign it

Trade value instead of demanding data: the line at the top promises the disclosure package and — the one everybody wants — the final sale price when it closes. That "it sold for X" email is the highest-open-rate follow-up in real estate, and it arrives weeks later when they'd otherwise have forgotten you. Pair the paper sheet with a QR code to a page on your own site for the phone-preferring crowd, and follow up the same day, segmented by what each visitor was: buyer, neighbor (your future seller), or curious. The full system — signs, the neighbors-only preview hour, and the follow-up calendar — is in open house ideas that actually generate leads.
