What we collect
Information you give us: when you request an audit, contact us, or use our free tools (like the AI Visibility Checker), we collect what you submit — typically your name, brokerage, email, phone, market, and message — along with tool results. We use it to respond, provide our services, and follow up about your results. We don't sell it.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the site work. With your consent, we also use analytics (to understand what content is useful) and advertising pixels (to reach people likely to be interested in our services, e.g. via Meta or Google).
Product analytics and session replay: with your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and page navigation — and aggregates it into heatmaps and session replays. We use this only to find what's confusing or broken on the site. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into a form is not captured in a replay, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Choose "Essentials only" and nothing is recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.
Cookies & your choices
On your first visit we ask whether to enable analytics and advertising cookies. Choose "Essentials only" and no marketing pixels load. You can change your mind anytime via the Cookie preferences link (also in the footer of every page). Your browser's settings can also block or delete cookies entirely.
Third parties
If you consent to marketing cookies, data may be shared with the platforms whose pixels we use (such as Meta, Google, and Microsoft) under their own privacy policies. Our contact form submissions are processed by our form/email provider solely to deliver your message to us.
Data retention & your rights
We keep contact submissions as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@citedrealty.com. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g. California, EU/UK), we honor the rights those laws provide.
